PvP Shields question?

So i've always wondered what are these two shields? theres a white and orange shield with a pirate skull logo or emblem on the shield and someone told me they are rewarded to those who achieve 10,000 kills in either tdm or Ctf and have 2 k/d. Can a pro fill me in on these shields only seen both once in game saw white one shield on "gladiator" :p
