Not sure if this is right place to post, but is it possible for the vampire to drop a dragon vanity. I've heard it being done before but never witnessed. Just curious how many people have gotten a drop from the vampire.

I've heard people say they witnessed it. I have never and wondered did this occur with someone else.

I wouldn't be so sure, He does drop items, even pinks (Vampyr items) so it should be possible.

I've seen all the bosses drop dragon items (including Vlod) but never the mini-boss "Vampire" before.

Got a vampyr dagger from the coffin vamps once. Never heard of dragon tho

He probably does he's just so often skipped which could explain rarity. Never been in a run where we killed him.

As far as i know he drops soaring, pilgrim, or revered purple/pink helms and non-set items like dead, vampyr, and "of fang".

Not possible for mini bosses to drop dragon vanities. It was in the patch notes for the release of dragon vanities. Ill try an find the patch notes.
I'm pretty sure that when those vanities were released sts said everywhere in mt fang.
So I guess yes.
