Level 1 Pinks

Besides the coveted PL shield, are there any other Level 1 pinks in the game? I'm thinking that there are not but maybe there was something in a quest that I missed.

Nope no lvl 1 pink....Lowest lvl is 14

Lowest level pinks are level 13/14 (the 13s are really rare).

The lowest level pink that is confirmed is level 13. There are rumors of a level 10 pink, which personally, I wouldn't be too surprised if they existed. The level 1 pink was a rumor, and didn't last long, at all.
