The offers were from w3i?
If they were then send an email to support@w3imobilesolutions.com explaining the situation.
If u are on a iphone send them your UDID.
Normally they respond in 2 working days

If you didn't run the apps that could be the prob you usually have to run them for about 40 secs and then u can uninstall etc....Hope this helps :)
