Which is better force cutter of rift or vibra sword of rift

Cutter=offense. Vibra=defense.

Force cutter has less dps, I believe about the same damage as vibra, except force cutter breaks armor, and vibra lowers hit %, dps, and damage. So in a farming parter, I prefer vibra. It depends on your opinion.
