Now available only from Locked Grand Crates of the Watch:
Samael the Wraith
His abilities include:
Passive health and mana heal to party members around him (tied to happiness bonus). This effect becomes stronger as the pet levels.
Banishment: Activated ability has a 10% chance to instantly kill an enemy and high chance to panic targets. Does not kill bosses or other players in PvP.
Has a chance to spread Pestilence: a Damage over Time effect. Each tick has a chance to spread to another nearby enemy.

This is one good and versatile pet, I wont think twice hatching it. Though I do hope that the previous arcane pets get a "little" make over. :p

No passive stat % bonus? Since its passive is by chance or by luck it'll be better if atleast for passive we get a few stat boost.Most of his ability are by chance so w/o those ability kicking in you are basically petless?
Correct me if iam wrong in that assumption since this pets offer skill chances and no stat bonus.
But gotta give credit to devs for how it looks he looks badass.

Does that mean it changes based on the player? So sorcs would get +35 INT since that is their primary stat?

the happiness bonus alone is like a hammer jaw and glacian combined...not even taking into consideration the awesome passive and arcane
going by the trend in a few more expansions the arcane pets will be as powerful as the user

Probably because sorcerers have spent a long time being underpowered.

Yup.. the primary stat mean +25 str to warrior, 25 dex to rogue, and 25 int to sorcerer.. so sorcerer get 35 int in total amount. awesome pet XD

Its already in the stable. Names Hazel, gives you 30 STR and all yours for 40 plat.

Too op pet in pvp. 5 sec cd of stun ruins whole game.
Just one pet rules entire game. Slag wasn't this bad. It works like 5 slag.
Isn't it supposed to be teamwork game?
No need to mention 1on1 match.
Need longer cd and shorter stun time.
Too much.

Considering glacian's c/d is 30 seconds for just a defensive buff..... a 5 sec c/d for an offensive bonus does seem very off

Umm can any1 please tell me if the healing and mana regeneration passive ability still works when the pet is unhappy (when I don't feed) and does the passive ability work on maps like nordr or shyul?
And also I read everywhere that the Sam heals party members, does it mean including the owner? Advance sorry for noob qs
