How much faster would the rate of exp be?
What would a good estimate be from lv35 - 40?

Stats for xp pots are below my post, made a mistake.
I really can't say how fast it would go, because everything lies on your group and how fast they go through a level. A good group without an xp pot is better than a lousy one with an xp pot.

Actually the Hardcore Playa's elixir for 1500g is 200% or 2X and the Power Leveler's Liquid for 3000g is 250% or 2.5X.

A good group without an xp pot is better than a lousy one with an xp pot.
This. Are they clumping mobs for maximum kill-value for AoE skills or are they shoving them all over and killing onesie-twosie? Are they combining effectively or are skills being used individually? If the potion lasts 5 minutes, makes a big difference if your group killed 20 enemies or 50.

if you cant finish in 5 minutes, no ppoint. group together with 2 good mages, and wreck ****. thats how its done.

In Ao3:2, you should be able to go all the way to aliens/shadows and have to do some of those BEFORE your one pot runs out. If you are not doing that, you need to go somewhere, work on your skills before you come back.
