Is that possible that new arcane pet Samuel will avail through platinum in future ?

I dont think so. That's why we have the mythic version of these pets for the public to easily acquire. Arcane pets should ideally be hard and almost impossible to obtain :)

No, only crates. It didn't happen to Hammerjaw or Glacian, so I doubt it would happen for Samael.
