Ping problem on 1 char but not on second

Hi,I have this problem,when i am playing my main char (lvl 31),i have huge ping that goes up to 30k. But when i log my other char (around lvl 15) i have no lag and game works perfectly... I'm playing on Android and i dont know if this matters but laggy char is registred on regular mail and good working char is on google + account. Hope that you can help me. Thank you.

Is your main in a large guild?

Yes it is.. In largest 1 i think,is that important? Should i leave guild?

Or many friends/requests - like 500+?

Yes it is, if you check the guild list while laggin, check the number of members - it will probably still be "counting".

The main point is: The more members, the longer does it take to count them - therefore more lag.
