Keep people out of the"lobby" that you're in? My friends keep joining that are l21+, and they just sit there. Mobs scale to them, yadayada. So my question is, is there a way to solo lobbies?

I'm not sure i understand your question but have u tried /partyinvite 000?

EDIT: You need to do this in a Town. This way u will run solo, i mostly use this to farm.

And then use /partyl so you can run the same maps again its short for /partyleave, but if you dont use /partyleave and you wanna run the same map again and again
You'l find that you end up in the same map

/partyi 000 = creates invisible party
/partyl = removes your invisible party

^same im confused on what your asking here. if u mean pve then try putting in /partyinvite 000

If u mean pvp, there is no way to keep ppl out of the area
