Hello everyone,

My name is Glitch and today I will create my first ever guide! :applause: Some of you may not understand the thread's title name, or may have been mislead, but this guide is simply a detailed explanation of how to get your platinum if W3I platinum offers don't work. Here's exactly what you do:

Step 1:
Log-in or create an Email account.


Step 2:
Compose a new email with the receiver being: Support@w3isolutions.com.


Step 3:
Make the Title of your email: Support Request


Step 4:
In the email, include the Date, App name, character name, and UDID.

Step 5:
Include a short yet detailed description of your problem, some of the apps you tried and have not received the platinum for.


After all this has been done send the email and within 3 - 5 days you should receive and email back saying they have sent an email to STS to fund you your missing platinum and will also include how much.

Some people may ask how do you find your UDID? Well, just simply download an app called "AdHoc" and when opened there should be a format similar to the email one with your UDID number inside.

This is a 100% legit way to get all your platinum back as it has been done and tested my self and I have received 200 platinum for expired offers. NOTE: Total amount of days from the day you sent the email will vary from 6 - 10 days. If enough people need a similar guide like this but for Android devices I would be more then willing to make a guide for them, many thanks in advance! :D

You can also make a template too ^^/ so you don't have to keep typing the UDID.

Wait, plat from expired offers?? You mean you can't get the plat if the plat expires after a week ^^:

Wow thank you, I have about 300(plat worth) or more "Pending" or "Expired" offers that I COMPLETELY did, and did not receive the platinum. Once a week, I spend around an hour to an hour and a half trying to get as many plat offers done as I can, and about 90% don't work. So thank you again. ^_^

Heh, thanks Trenton! I'm all about helping people these days and I really hope you receive all of your missing platinum! :D

And Tema, pending and expired offers both get refunded if you followed the steps properly. :)

I hope this guide helps many more people to come, thanks for all the feedback guys! ;D

Nice guide Glitch! I got a couple of my missing platinum ( not too much but meh lol ). Very nice guide none the less! Keep it up. :)

I discovered that if you press the icon that is a circle with an "i", which is located in the middle at the bottom right of the screen in the w3i offers area, it will create an email addressed to a support address, containing your UDID and info about your phone.

Yes, that's true, but the reason I didn't say that is because most phones don't have their email linked onto it, so the email doesn't send. I figured that downloading this app which takes at most 2 minutes would be easier, but it's all up to you. :D

I actually sent my email to them from my computer instead of my phone, but found this method of discovering the UDID handy; maybe someone else will also. :)

However, the email I sent to the address you gave above, support@w3isolutions.com, was returned undelivered with a bounce back message. I tried sending an email to the address that I found by using the icon, support@w3imobilesolutions.com, and got a confirmation email with a case number. So they apparently changed it... maybe too many people trying to get the plats they are due!
