Are there lvl 40 eqips?

well i jsut turned lvl 39 so im looking for gear and im noticing there arent lvl 40 equips so what do i do? also what is the best dex gear for lvl 40 or whatever equipment i shoudl be wearing here. thanks :)

All the pinks are terrible, truly awful, I do not know, swamps dex gear, and ao1 bow?

For some reason I remember using level 35 pinks and then switching to 45. I could be wrong, but maybe there is nothing good at 40.
