Scare to get banned

I just ask about this i have mage and level 25 before gonna leveling up to 26 its level cap before but when level cap raise again to 31 this mage got banned forever and now i have rogue till level 30 and have 14566 xp gonna leveling up but i scare when its level cap raise into 36 this rogue can get banned too so idk about that i just only scare about my rogue char is it can got banned too like my mage

Don't break the rules, you won't get banned.

Even if you don't open your account for 6 years, you won't get banned unless you break the rules.
