pvp/twink question

this is a noob question, but im curious...

if pvp level ranges go like, 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, etc, then why would anyone make a level 30 twink? wouldnt they just be fighting against levels higher than them? why wouldnt they just do a 29, and then they would fight levels lower than them?

Um twinks are made where the pinks are, that's why there's lvl 19 twinks, becuz of the items, also, I believe it's lvl levels each way. Since there are loads of lvl 30 pinks. You make a lvl 30 twink, and use many different items combos to fight eachother. Some people get mad if u have a lvl 23 player in a lvl 19 game.

Your WRONG! its 5 lvls from the character making game, So if a 26 made a game, itd be 21-31 Or if a 35 made a game itd be 30-40
