For PvE I suggest throwing Windmill in there and taking CS out. You can always respec at cap for CS if you want it for bosses, but for bosses I would use AT instead.

My two cents - this guide will create a warrior that will be highly ineffective as a tank for Elite Maps but it should work just fine leveling to 30.

Why do you have passive intelligence -.- and crit? But not armor? This was a "tank" build in theory. You have CS an SM very low damage attacks, why does crit matter? Even if you had Axe throw and windmill, you are a tank. Get passive: star, armor, Dex (damage if you use entombed).
