I heard that if you farm regular levels in Nuri's Hallows (Lion's Den, etc.) you can still get glyphic steel drops. Is it doable?

Yes. Just less rare than Funhouse and Mini-Dungeon because of the concentration of bosses on these maps.

They are. Just make sure that you don't have luck while farming blade steels. It makes it harder to get them

How do you know how much to sell stuff for? I get lots of pinks and purps to sell just never know what to ask for them so I end up giving them to a friend or selling them in my inventory for the pitily amount it gives you when I run out of room

It does, it's just less likely. The combo blessings add on additional luck. The more luck you have, the more likely you are to get a higher rarity drop. Blade steels are yellow which are pretty low on the rarity rating, so they're harder to get with luck.

Personally I prefer to use a 4x combo & keep the luck elixer. It doesn't make much of a difference to me whether I keep the luck elix or take it off, I still get plenty of steels, sometimes 4-5 in an hour (happened three times).
