Gleniphir Amulet Liquidated Help..

I accidentally sold my gleniphir amulet whiles clearing my inventory, now I cant get it back
I emailed support and they say issue resolved but I still dont have the amulet :(
Maybe you guys could help me out please?
Im not sure what I have to do to get it back
