Hmm, using for timed runs? Good luck finding that gear at reasonable prices, as they are either on toons that no longer play or have been hoarded by a few people. Perhaps bless would be kind to you? You can do pretty well with cheap gear in the cs that has almost as much damage. If using for pvp, I would get some gear that has some str in it. Also I would use a gun and not the flamestrike.

Bold, Max damage? I swear staffs are supposed to be max DPS but that's just me.
