Yeah you can also get an item drop, but their all trash.

Yes we know.... The elf queen is on the PvP map forest manor, she is there to heal you/raise your mana & health regen for a short period of time. She gives 1xp if you kill her & respawns shortly, worst way to level up. You must be really new to not have known this, soo welcome!

Back at the dawn of PL when the highest level you could achieve without purchasing the campaigns was 13, some people used to kill the queen in forest manor for xp to level up for 1 xp at a time. I even knew someone that got as high as level 18 that way. Devs eventually fixed it however.
