If you gave him stuff, and he didn't give anything in return it's not a scam.
If you gave him your account information, and he misused it, it's not a scam.
If he sneakily changed what he was offering in the trade window, and you confirmed, it's not a scam.

I wouldn't put it as it "being your fault" some of it is correct of what there saying though if the trade window was In use or give option technically it was a mistake by your part for being left with nothing and losing what you had to offer so support won't really do anything about that just next time don't trust anyone with your stuff, or in trade or whatever unless what they offer is there at that time and place at the exact exchange time, anyway sorry about your items
