Level 15 Tourney

Mage or bear, or both. Depends on the amount of entries we have for each class.

MORE CLARIFICATION: TWO SEPARATE TOURNIES: ONE FOR MAGE, ONE FOR BEAR.

Entry fees will be 25k for each tourney.

1v1 tourney. What I mean is if we have enough mages and/or bears, then we will have two separate tourneys for each class, but if we have enough bears and not enough mages, then there will only be a bear tourney.

Fights will be hosted in Forest Fight!

BEAR RULES:
- No Forgotten weapons, Halloween Weapons/shields
- NO VANITY SHIELDS
- Limit your smack talk, however it IS ALLOWED.
- NO FOUNDERS
- Talon and Snowball are allowed, auto bows are allowed, but you can only use it if your opponent and you mutually agree, since some xbows are better than others, it can give people an unfair advantage, especially since auto attack is the main factor in winning such xbow fights.
- First to 10
- Single Elimination
- Respecs ARE allowed, but only at the 5 kill mark and the 7 kill mark.

MAGE RULES:
-Paw IS allowed, however no other halloween items or forgotten weapons. Toy man wand IS allowed. Reason being because toy man wands are pretty hard to get, and if I made it strictly toy man fights, then it would be unfair aswell to the newer mages who could be just as good.
-Your opponent and yourself can mutually agree to use toy or paw at the beginning of the fight. No switching (in the case of choosing toy but switching to paw later in the fights)
-Respecs ARE allowed, at the 5 kill mark and the 7 kill mark.
-NO FOUNDERS
-Single Elimination
-NO VANITY SHIELDS

Hopefully we can get some people to do this, we haven't a tourney for this level in a long time.

It's level 15, i doubt anyone else would stay at level 15 bird after the tourney finishes. That's basically what it's all about, hopefully we can bring some or bring back or even create some higher quality twinks through the tourneys.

You can't really expect people to not want to do it. It is allowed, at a minimum. Nothing like the thrill of the kill, in this game at least. And the after-effects of crushing someone. :)

I really also doubt there will be much, it's just clarification that it is allowed, but too much is not allowed.

It's extremely easy to kite 15 bear with 15 mage.

It's because xbows are more luck-based than the other weapons, snowball and talon, and even more reliant on auto attack crits than the others. I don't know though, the rules are subject to change but my stance on this is pretty firm lol.

EDIT: Plus, quick-swapping...I think it's a pretty cheesy move to switch to xbow all of a sudden in the middle of a talon fight and kite, especially since the opponent may not have any xbow besides a chunker, which is not at all allowed. That's why I'd rather give people a choice to agree to use xbow.

EDIT EDIT: quickswapping is a valid strategy though so if both you and your opponent want to take advantage of it, then you are welcome to as long as you agree that xbow use is fine.

But as long as you have good knowledge of stomp range, you can stomp out of ice at level 15 to both hit and avoid the op's shatter. It's a lot harder to do when frozen because the range changes by about 2m, but knowing your standstill range, your running range, and your opponent's moving range counters that luck by a lot. People can easily stay 12-10m and just rely on their luck to get them through xbow fights. Many don't but a few who may get lucky with this strategy could ruin it.

EDIT" and yeah I do think that talon is the least luck-based weapon

Using xbow isn't very hard at all on Forest Fight (I assume that's where these are happening...) since you have so much room to run.

Yes. Without fbow bears are easy targets for a good mage, which is why separate tourneys are necessary.

Also I doubt many forg bears will sign up, if you want them to: SPREAD THE WORD IN PVP. TELL YOUR ENEMIES, SO YOU CAN FINALLY SHOW THEM WHAT YOU CAN DO WITHOUT FORG ;) Most of the forumers are "old skewl", so we won't reach any cocky 15 nubs via forums. :p

I fought Lawbaws yesterday, he wants to know who's hosting before he joins (he also has a 15 mage). And Boss is on a lot so I'm sure he's aware of the tournament.

I think now is the time to post IGNs; most of the known 15 pvpers are accounted for and we still have no idea who you are.
