Hello,

first off I want to say that everything I about to say is to improve games made by STS.

The games made by STS are really well made and have big potential. My opinion though, is that you don't handle things. "professionally". You should make sure before you make new games that you can run then equally, make sure that everything is well done and that you will pay good amount of time on every game. This will help your reputation and help you financially. All STS gamed recently have been left out because of the success of the new game Arcane Legends. Okay, I know that you earn a lot of money from it and that you will pay more attention on it but leaving other games with no actual content update for 8 months is not okay, you know it too. It doesn't have to be a new cap, but things as adding some small features such as the notification system to CS would let people know that you will keep updating the game and that you haven't forgotten about PL, etc. There are many money spending veterans that a frustrated because of the situation in-game. People are quitting. Also my other concern is that some of you don't handle things well things in support. For example, recently I was banned because a person came up to me and asked if I had an AL account. I had one that I didn't use and at the time I was a "noob" and he said he would give me Blue dragon if I gave him the account. I gave him the information and he left and I got scammed but it really didn't bother me. After some time when I got richer and started really getting into the game I got permanently banned. This is kind of rough considering I never actually attempted buying/selling accounts in public. I messaged support two times, first time you just said I was trading accounts and that you won't unban me. Then I asked something else too related to this but you just kept ignoring me and changed the status of the case from Open to Resolved. Second time you did the same thing. This gave me a bad picture off you and it made me angry because I spent my money on the account and put effort and I got banned like that. And you said don't talk about bans on forums, what's the point when support specialist won't reply

I hope you could fix these problems that many can relate to.

It is rumored that STS does not respond to banned users indefinitely.
The rule of no bans being discussed on forums is true; a Mod will probably edit out the part about bans or more likely just close or delete this thread.

STS certainly has a lot to improve on in terms of game and support management.
They have definitely caused a noticeable issue through neglecting their previous games.
I won't evaluate in more detail as this thread is likely to be closed or my post is simply too critical of feedback.
