Scaling down higher level gear

One thing that would be nice if higher level gear would scale down to lower levels if a lower level wielded/wore the item. Right now you have lvl 31 equipment selling for peanuts yet twink gear sells for much more. Yes I know I can take advantage of this but I think this would help prices for higher level items. And make twinking more accessible since the gear may not be so expensive. Maybe once wielded/wore it was permanently locked to that lower level so the person can't use the same gear forever. Or have some kind of gear crafting to down grade the item.

Yeah not such a good idea a better solution perhaps would be to adjust the items in the dropable chest to adjust to the newer items that come out as caps change
