I plan on learning the game more and hopefully getting to the top.

When should I buy new Armor?
I try getting the best Legendary Items I can.

Either you can buy at lvl 25 or 26,
@25, you can get the mighty juggernaut/berserker set
@26, the sealord of will set

Lvl21 Dark watch sword of potency
Lvl21 Demonlord helm of will
Lvl21 Demonlord plate of will
Lvl21 Ensorcelled Band of potency
To master in lvl25-26, Acquire following items
Lvl25 Abyssal Flamberge of warfare
Lvl25-26 Sealord helm of will
