When I battle GURGOX in alien oasis I will go to grab the orb an even when it is surrounding me I get killed! Please fix this

Likely this happened because you grabbed the orb just an instant before his attack. I've seen that there is some lag between when you grab the orb and when it actually registers with the server. It's possible to die in between these two events. (I've had it happen to me.) There's not really anything to be done about it other than grab it a little sooner.
