So today I was in a merged game, I don't know how it happened, or why, but I was a 76 with lower levels. Then people started getting mad and telling me I was going to get banned for being there... And reporting me. Is this true? Do I get banned for not purposefully being in a game like that? Even further I was using a 66 angel set not my end game set. Is it against TOS? If so I'm sorry.

No you're fine, if it was by accident then It's alright, but when you do it on purpose, that's when it becomes a problem.

You didn't realize it but admit to using Angel gear. Not saying you meant to do it, but does sound like you took advantage of the situation.

I didn't kill people, but that one time. Unless you count a 71 that was in the game with us, but he had a 71 beastly set.

But he said he switched to angel gear and not his end game gear. If he wanted to take advantage I think he would of used his endgame set and kill everyone lol

I think what Crim means by 'taking advantage' is pretending to be the same level as 66s and using angel gear, but the 66s do not know that he is actually 76.

Well, when I join most merged games, I just sit there and stare. It was scary to have a 71 in a 56 game, but same team :p
