Are there even any other MMO's comparable to Pocket legends on the App Store? This is the first I have seen, but I really haven't looked for one until I found this one on, I think, Touch Arcade.

seven swords could have been cool, but its completely unfinished and has a serious lack of updates.
IMO is crap IMHO.

The constant updates and user-dev interaction will keep this game alive for long :D
as long as good stuffs come in, i dont think there will be any competition :D

Not really, at least from my research. I played a game that used GPS a bit called Parallel Kingdom. It was an interesting concept, but it was very rough around the edges, especially the graphics.
I've played more of this game than any other on the phone/touch, by far.

Lol i played Parallel Kingdom, I was #2 top flag with 9 different hats just behind bOyA.
Pocket Legend is way better and don't crash every 5 min.

No, every update resets the ratings and because its based on the current version ratings.
So make another review to boost the ratings.

I haven't played anything else since i downloaded PL. I have to charge my iPod at least three times a day. 5 starts for sure!

actually in my app store (Singapore), IMO is ranked higher.
This is because IMO is free to play all the way, just that buying things makes life easier
And PL is only free to play till 13, then you need to pay for additional content.

The only reason why some people play IMO is because they haven't tried PL yet!

I really enjoy PL, but it lags pretty hard on my iPhone 3G... the 1.1 update made it worse. I hope they don't add too much that requires excessive RAM before my AT&T renewal is up in August (hopefully the iPhone HD is out by then). I could see PVP (if it's like 5v5 or 3v3) requiring WiFi and 3GS< hardware. 2v2 is doable.
Any recommendations on how to improve performace and battery on an iPhone 3G stock OS 3.1.3 (no JB). I do play on 3G, too.
7Swords ran decent, albeit not much to do... and IMO isn't bad per se... Graal is waste until they start making quests.

use the "free memory" APP before you play and it will kill all processes you dont need running in the background. It allows more ram for gameplay.
Less processor/ram usuage may also help your battery life, but the fact is, this is a very hardware intensive app that will kill you battery quickly reguardless of what you do.
Improve wifi performance by making sure bluetooth is off.
