Does any aspect of the curse skill's damage crit? I haven't seen other DoTs crit in this game (although I really think they should).

DOTs crit all the time. Drop a clock with the DOT upgrade, use your favorite crit pet, and watch the crits roll. Sorry, don't know about curse, but would doubt it.
