Today was a good day of questing, I farmed the elite dragon 76 times (3 pinks -_-) and have defeated the elite onyx! Both quests completed :) http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/07/31/he8aza9y.jpg Ty to all who helped!

Also on a side note, the dragon glitched (I think) numerous times, where he just stood there, didn't take damage, and didnt reset. He just stood there and didn't take damage.

I don't think there is any. If there was, it would show in your attributes when selecting it before putting it on.

It's not a buff, it's kinda like a premium dungeon pass. That pass being the entry fee to enter the elite onyx.
