Have you really registered a game account? I'm assuming you are playing as guest. I might be wrong here though.

I can help.

First you go to Spacetime Nexus > My Account > Modify Account

Then you enter your current email address then you enter your new email address.

Basically sums it up. Modify account is under the Spacetime Nexus.
