It is either 13 or 14, I have the 14. It drops in Dark Forest from any boss, but very very rarely. It's called forest armor, I think.

all come in 13-14
and i had a lv 10 pink drop on my 400th or so meathead right before that rollback =/

edit: I talked to cinco, he repied and i quote "As far as I know there is no 'pink' below Level 10... yet :)"
im guessing soon enough there will be lower ones
