best archer twink gear?

got my first question answered but i need answer to another question...
idk whether to go with a level 19 talon and shield or the snipers auto crossbow. I worked out the stats and here are the advantages for each...

snipers auto crossbow...
4 dex
2 crit
2 h/s

best lvl 19 talon and shield
8 armor
1 strength
slightly more damage (its a little faster than bow, and they have about same attack)

(these arent there full stats, just the differences in them)
are there any other advantages/disadvantages such as proc, range, etc, that are given to bows or talons that would make one better than the other? and also which one should i use?

Im not a bow bear but i know most of the answers:
1. The snipers auto crossbow is muh better but its also rarer and more expensive
3. The best talon is talon spike of speed(or evasion if they have one) and its a white
The wing shield is called avengers wing shield 1 str 1% crit and 8 armor.

Apparently theres only white talons and the wing shield is only orange or white(which is the wing shield of power)

K just had one more question: is there purple armor for level 19 dex (eagle or finnesse) or just green?

the best armour is the level 14 jewel thief's dark forest leather.

K so there's no leather of the eagle? Cause if there was that would be better than the level 14 armor.
