I was just thinking that with all the chat needed to complete much of AO3, esp. the bosses, why not replace the emoticons on screen pop out with maybe 2 in game chat box messages that require only one button to make them appear in the chat box? Tank could program instructions for how they would start the fight and what others should do, etc. Seems with all the communication needed between players, esp. those who don't play with a set group of people, this would be more helpful than a hand waving emoticon.
