Ok, lots of u may know that I don't use heal on my mages (26 and under), and I've decided to try to optimize my abilitiez. So, I need the ppls opinion on: WHAT IS THE BEST HEALING PET?

Loki and Konga (if you can get him). They heal approximately 250+ dmg at lvl 26.

You are correct.
The arcane ability range is like ribbit.
It heals mana, health and give 10% dodge for a short time.
Get konga from completing all kraken isle elite bosses.

I think Konga is the best. But if you want mana only, then Jack is the best. Lvl 26 is 91 mana per buff, and each buff is every second for 4 seconds.

Only health. Mana+health is konga/samael.

konga is the only pet i know who heals both hp and mp + dodge buff.
the problem with loki is the arcane range. its too short.

Simply because you need to kill ALL Kraken bosses. Yes, including dat freak Bloodhammer.

Range on Konga is 15 AL meters.

Barney is and OK healing pet LOL.... The frog that heals is OK too... Mines only lvl 3 so I dont know how much he heals at cap
