Is the amulet that gives 15% luck currently the only equipable item that grants better drops?

Do arcane/mythic items fall as there own item sometimes or are they just found by opening chests?

Is there a pet that grants a speed boast with its ability? Want to get to hurry back to the fight if I die.

Yes the leap ammy gives 15% luck. Mythics and arcanrs come from locked crates or elite golden war chest and elite golden pirate chests. There is a couple pets with speed increase a few are namely the turtle pets (check names in stable), jack, abbadon, and a few others I can't member right now.

Kettle is the speed boost pet you looking for as its arcane ability grants 12% increase in movement speed.

Shiloh is 12% movement speed full time.

Also Deston gives you a 10% speed
Frost: 5% speed
Slag: 10%
Abaddon: 13%

I messed around with the loadouts ,wondering how they worked.
The result is that my char is naked.
I can't change back to my char with all his gear...help?
