L71 Bird Skill Build?

Ok so I know it seems nub but I'm not sure if my skill build is good or not. At the moment I have-

9 Focus
9 Evasion
5 Avian
1 Heal
8 Break
8 Root
1 Shattering
9 Blast
6 Rootwall
8 Blind
6 Repulse

I'm not sure if being a warbird uses a different skill setup but I'm gonna try warbird, so if anyone could help me that's be much appreciated ^_^

I was actually sort of doubting it when u mentioned 4 break, that doesn't seem necessary. I used 3 and put on more into Rootwall
