I've reinstalled PL just now. And guess what. At the patching page it stucked at ios031 and disconnected me after a while. Does it mean I got banned?

Doodle :o I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean you're banned, if you're banned you would've gotten something like "This account has been banned <forever> (or) <for 7 days> for violating our ToS. <----- Not exactly that, but you should get the picture. Just reinstall it again, make sure you have a stable Internet connection, and try to do it again. I'm pretty sure they would've emailed you anyways if you were banned.

If you're banned, you'd get a notification screen that says something like 'ban time remaining...'.
I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling again.

There was a recent update today for the plat sale... Maybe that is contributing to this?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game again..

Reinstalled, still at the same point. Guess PL doesn't welcome me there anymore :(

Tech support: Have you tried turning off and on again?
On a more serious note, (no really, try the suggestion "tech support" said first)
Then try on a different laptop, tablet or mobile
