Just a question,
I was pvp-ing with my guild today and people were calling "RUSHER!!"
Is that a bad thing?
Is it against the terms of service?
Is spawn killing people a bad thing?
(I don't spawnkill people..if anyone thinks that)

Spawn killing is a bad thing (in CTF obviously), and in extreme cases can be bannable.

Rushing is perfectly acceptable and doesn't violate any rules, but at certain levels it really seems to bother people. If you want to rush, go for it. Just don't get upset if they team you in response. ;)

Um..define "extreme cases" 3v1 Spawning, trash talking, booting players for racist/very hurtful reasons, and doing it long enough to get 20k+ kills like Azichelanfksljshdndnd or whatever did.

I think the issue is not just the spawning, but the trash talk that went with it.

Yes, rushing is fine.
Spawning is a gray area, we haven't really gotten an official word on that...I would say you shouldn't do it as a matter of respect to other players, but if you really want to, make sure you keep it clean (my thoughts, not an official statement).

Rushing is okay. But spawning Is not since a player wouldn't have a fair chance against the spawner thus ruining the pvp experience, and ToS states that by ruining a player's experience that it could be bannable

Everything is ok. People get the wrong idea that rushing or spawning is bad because people that do that usually get banned. The reason why they get banned is that they usually curse and say bad stufff that breaks the tos...

If spawning wasn't allowed there would be something implemented into the game so it couldn't be done. It's not that hard for someone to leave and find another game. As long as trash talk isn't involved, I don't think it's that bad. I mean I don't spawn but ill stay in games with people that do because its fun to kill them :P
