Eh. Reminds me of set smoke from humania sets before they changed it to stars...
Anyway good idea, though a set bonus that makes you partly invisible sounds cool..

If you want to go see for youself, I think it can be done in the last Nuri Dungeon, or in the Paid mini dungeon for surr.

Yeh it'd be cool haha. On the way to the last boss(can't remember name) there's like a pool of this stuff, just step in it and you're covered in it for a few seconds.

The blue stuff around the magical Sewer Slime in Catacombs would be REALLY nice for a new cap set bonus.
