do dungeon packs transfer between accounts?

i was getting tired of my warrior so i made a new account and make an archer, but curious as to if i had to repurchase the dungeon packs again

Dungeon packs do not transfer across multiple accounts. However, you can have multiple characters on the same account. So just use your second character slot on the original account and make an archer there ;)
