Hi,
I just wanted to know what's the max level up for character's in arcane legends.

This should probably be moved to General Discussion or New Players - but to answer your question the current cap is 31. With The Realm of Shadows (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?105160-Next-Arcane-Legends-Expansion-Announced-Realm-of-Shadows) upgrade the level cap will increase to 36.
When this game first began the level cap was 16, it has since increased by 5 levels with each major expansion. See Doc's AL Timeline (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?99437-AL-s-Timeline) for more information about the expansions and how the game was affected with each patch.
