Hi,
So i just got email from spacetime_studios@mail.com
Which saying i will got banned for some reason that i DIDN'T committed.

Asking my account id and password (which make me sceptical)

So, is that email is legit?
Or is this a new scam methods?

That email is suspicious. Do not answer that email. Go and log in to see if you are banned. I repeat, do not send your info.

I don't think that email should have @mail.com at the end. And most definitely not a "_"

If I am wrong, I am sorry I caused a panick.

But I'm 95% sure that is a scam.

I sent my info coz im panicked lol

Fortunately i changed my account afterwards.

Oh yikes lol....

You should've logged in to see if it was true :/ lol

If possible, change your email so your account is secure

as far as I know, devs don't ask for passwords.

thats a fake email, devs have no need to ask for your login and password. forward that email to STS.

I think there is no more emails or site that can tell you that your banned or something except for the original support.spacetimestudios.com

Their support email doesn't include _ nor does it include "'mail".

I suggest you don't reply to it and ignore it.

The real email is support@spacetimestudios.com.

Thanks for the answers, already forward-mailed to support. But no respond

Hope no other player got scammed by this, because this method can easily tricked player.

Honestly I doubt sts would put an underscore in there email. Only reason to use a underscore if sts email is already taken

Don't post your e-mail addresses on the forums!
I have seen quite often how people post their e-mail and said ''Pm me?''.
