If you pm'd a dev it usually takes a while if ever for them to respond. If u emailed support the longest I've waited is 3 days.

.i sent one on Friday.no reply yet.i sent one some hours ago and boom reply.so i go and open the email and boom what i see?automated reply?!zzz for an issue that has nothin to do with my situation.
I can understand that sts has many tickets but 2weeks waiting is alot.You propably wont get a reply :/ try to send a new email or somethin .
