About Kraag tombs , Help!!!

i got a question to ask , currently i am lvl 14 and i try party in kraag tombs , but i can't enter or join any party why ?people have ask me try appoach the mage near the fountain , but the npc seems no response

or is it my lvl too low , i trying ask those lvl 20+ , they all gave the same reply "I don't know "

could any kind souls please help or guild me , thanks:adoration:

if that doesn't work make sure your option to accept party invites is checked off
