^ Same stats and same proc as last season.
Maybe un rerelease to work on them more...

Yes yes they are.
Devourer Bow=Bonechill
Devourer Gear=Noble/Bonechill
Etc.
But Before our Nordr expansion, it was the same gear as well. This is only a preview. Wait for the actual expansion for better gear.

Keep in mind these are lvl31 bows lol not 36

L36 dev bow will be same as l36 bone bow.
If there was a l36 bone bow,
LITERALLY, EXACTLY THE SAME.
