I accidentally sold my Gleipnr amulet along with some other pinks through my inventory and couldn't use buy back to retrieve them. I filed a case with support to see if I could get these items back and they seemed to have given me a canned answer saying they were not able to verify the loss in our server logs. Fine they can't prove I sold them but Gleipnr is part of a quest and they should be able to see that I completed it. But they don't seem to want to respond any further and just mark the case as resolved. Is there anything else I can do to get this back. I know its not needed but I'd like to have it since I use it occasionally.
