Alex tell me its coz paypal fraud

I am very hope some one can help me..
If it's because of paypal fraud, you have to message support@spacetimestudios.com as well as PayPal in order to get it cleared up.
Sooooo, in that case, do that and see if things work out!

Try contacting PayPal and see what the issue is. Once it gets resolved from that end, I'd suggest contacting support again. They usually don't put bans like the reason stated above lightly, so there must be an issue. Resolve it and try again!
