Omg. What exactly is miracle whip? I can make a batch of mayonnaise with egg, dollop of mustard, pinch of salt and steady stream of oil. Yum. What are the ingredients in miracle whip? I am scared to know...

We don't have Miracle Whip in the UK. I have had to do some research to find out what it is. Came across a cool cartoon which unfortunately I cannot post a link to here but it clearly explained the difference with reference to goblins. It has made me see Oldcoot in a whole different light too ;P

Miracle whip: I thought this was whipped cream..whipped cream and strawberries/apple pie FTW..
Nutella: It's supposedly a hazelnut (fancy word for CHOCOLATE) spread, quite good, yum I ate it at breakfast today :) bread with Nutella chocolate on top.
Peanut Budder: Yum, peanutty, sweet, sticky. PB & J FTW.
Mayonnaise: What's da difference between normal and MiracLE Whip? Any is good for me! ANY.
Idc which mayonnaise on my tuna sandwich, burger, etc.

But in the end, Budder beats em all.

Yesterday I bought 4 smallish boxes of budder!!!
Each box contains..um...four 4-OZ sticks? And un-salted! We don't need salt to ruin da taste of budder! All natural BUDDER!!

...although these market/packaging people do not know how to spell the word Budder....

Both MW and mayo are used as a condiment on sandwiches and a binder in many compound salads. Mayonnaise has a slightly sweeter taste (due to addition of sugar and corn syrup - blech); mayo is eggier. This question is a little like the Mac/windows one - it is rare to like both.

@DocDoBig - remoulade...yummmmm. I am only familiar with the French version, but you can bet that they would never use miracle whip as their base!

Have you tried Remoulade on toast, yet? That's the perfect morning spread I say. ;)
