So qhen the gear rotated out in crates, my Frozen Heart Charm of Riposte, is now a Void Star Pendant of Riposte, but wasn't even unequipped.?.?.?

It isn't the first time pendants 'magically' change names. My guess is this is intentional as it was in the past.

Its the same stats, new star loot instead of old frozen loot. Go Dimensional!!!! Has happened in the past, My Arctic Ward changed to Cold's Crest or something like that happened. Even the Fire shield weapon names were changed.
