Hi , today I purchased sack of platinum for 19.99$ and also I purchased for the first time so I could received 248 platinum . my money is out , but platinum isn't purchased ! Please help me

Most of platinum purchased go through within a few minutes. There are some cases where it can take longer Please check out this link:
